The members area of HDK Fisting is simple to navigate and features a main menu running at
the top of the page. Under this are the 2 latest video updates added. Further down we

There are 120 exclusive videos as of December 11 2009 inside HDK Fisting. They are
listed on 11 pages, with 10 previews per page. Numbered links at the top and bottom of
each page provide navigation. The downloadable videos include a wmv file at a bitrate of
1.5Mbps and a resolution of 640x480, as well as an mp4 file at 1.5Mbps at a size of
320x240. Members may also view the videos in a flash stream at a resolution of 530x350 or
a stream in wmv at 500x285. The flash streams can be viewed in full screen mode as well,
however, they do lose some quality when done so. The lengths of the videos range from
20-35 minutes and are of good quality. Most are clear and provide for some great angle
shots. DRM is not in place for any of the videos at HDK Fisting.
There are 44 image galleries inside HDK Fisting. The images are a mixture of both digital
stills and photos, and range from 650x432px to 650x520px in size. An average of
60 images are available in each set. They can be seen in either a classic thumbnail
context or in a flash slideshow. I like the quality of these images and they grab the
action well. However, some are a bit repetitive at times. No zip files are available for
downloading the galleries, but you may save each image individually. Update: offers zip files for all photos as per December 16th 2009

certainly be checked out. I don't recommend HDK Fisting for the faint of heart, but for
